For the first time in my life, I've beaten a video game! I finally finished the moon level of Katamari Damacy where you have to roll up a 300 meter ball and I beat it at the LAST SECOND!

Literally!

Yay me!

K. E. Pulver, Outcast Genius!

Outcast Genius
52 % Nerd, 69% Geek, 56% Dork
For The Record:

A Nerd is someone who is passionate about learning/being smart/academia.
A Geek is someone who is passionate about some particular area or subject, often an obscure or difficult one.
A Dork is someone who has difficulty with common social expectations/interactions.
You scored better than half in all three, earning you the title of: Outcast Genius.

Outcast geniuses usually are bright enough to understand what society wants of them, and they just don't care! They are highly intelligent and passionate about the things they know are *truly* important in the world. Typically, this does not include sports, cars or make-up, but it can on occassion (and if it does then they know more than all of their friends combined in that subject).

Outcast geniuses can be very lonely, due to their being outcast from most normal groups and too smart for the room among many other types of dorks and geeks, but they can also be the types to eventually rule the world, ala Bill Gates, the prototypical Outcast Genius.

Congratulations!

Scary Phone Calls

January 22nd, 2006 (03:41 pm)

I just did the scariest thing ever and now my stomach hurts. But that could just be a side effect of cramps.

Well, okay, maybe finding the knife tip in my chicken on a stick from the Chinese place yesterday was a *little* scarier but this still stacks up there.

See, I called my mother today. )

Ok, this could work...

You scored as SG-1 (from Stargate). You are versatile and diverse in your thinking. You have an open mind to that which seems highly unlikely and accept it with a bit of humor. Now if only aliens would stop trying to take over your body.

Ok, the only character from the Matrix I want to be like is Agent Smith! Agent Smith is the coolest dude in the Matrix! Then again, I still think the lesson of the Matrix was that "Twinking shall make us free" since Neo was a big godmodder.

I've always liked this poem and these days, it just somehow seems appropriate.

Meep!

November 7th, 2005 (02:30 am)

Tornados in November. Weather has officially gone nuts.

I hated tornados when I was a kid. I was absolutely terrified of them. Even the mention of tornado watches scared me to death and I'd have to keep verifying with my mom that a watch just meant it could happen, not that it was going to happen, right?

And now that I've scared myself good and proper, I'm going to bed.
